For orders over £20 delivery to the local area (CARNOUSTIE, DUNDEE, NEWPORT-ON-TAY & TAYPORT) is free of charge. Any orders under £20 in the local area will incur a small order charge of £3.
UK Mainland has a standard delivery charge of £10.20 (includes VAT).
Remote/Non-mainland and Northern Ireland have a standard delivery charge of £29.00 (includes VAT).
If you order an item that isn’t quite what you wanted, we’ll happily take most products back (within 14 days from the date of receipt) as long as they are unused, in new condition, and in their original packaging.
For reasons of hygiene and cross-infection, our returns policy does not extend to the following products:
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds if the items have been specially made to order or altered to suit a specific individual.
On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. Drop us an email at sales@allardyce.co.uk or phone customer services on 01382 773600 prior to returning your item so that we know to look out for it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
