DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery to the local area (ABERFELDY, ARBROATH, AUCHTERARDER, BLAIRGOWRIE, BRECHIN, CARNOUSTIE, CRIEFF, DUNDEE, DUNKELD, FORFAR, KIRRIEMUIR, MONTROSE, NEWPORT-ON-TAY, PITLOCHRY, PERTH, TAYPORT) is free of charge.

UK Mainland has a standard delivery charge of £7.20 (includes VAT). Free delivery for all orders with a total value of £50 or more.

Remote/Non-mainland and Northern Ireland has a standard delivery charge of £20.00 (includes VAT).

 

RETURNS

If you order an item that isn’t quite what you wanted then we’ll happily take most products back (within 14 days from date of receipt) as long as it is unused, in new condition and in its original packaging.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take some products back, such as made-to-order, special ordered items or personal use/hygiene products, such as – but not exclusive to – toilet seats, bottom wipers, cups, straws, cutlery, etc…

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. Drop us an email at sales@allardyce.co.uk or phone customer services on 01382 773600 prior to returning your item so that we know to look out for it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.
