Please read the following carefully. By using the Allardycehealthcare.co.uk website, whether or not you make a purchase, you confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

  1. Interpretation

    In these conditions:
    'buyer' or 'you' means you, the customer
    'seller', or 'we', or 'us' means Allardyce Healthcare Ltd
    'our website' means Allardycehealthcare.co.uk
    'goods' means the products and/or services for sale by us and purchased by you

  2. Products

    All performance claims, technical data, and product specifications on our website are provided by the products' manufacturers.

    We will not be liable for any error or omission in these, or any resulting loss or damage.

  3. Ordering

    When you place an order for a product or service offered for sale on our website, you are offering to buy it for the price stated, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

    We reserve the right to cancel any order. If we do, then we will return any money you have paid us for that order.

    At our discretion, we may offer to supply alternative goods to those you order. If we do, we will always try to ensure that the alternative goods are of equal or greater value compared to the goods you ordered. Where this is not possible, if you choose to accept the alternative goods, we will refund the difference in the prices of the goods.

    You may cancel any product and/or service within 14 days of receipt subject to any item/s being returned in their original, unused condition and in original packaging.

    On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. Please drop us an email at sales@allardyce.co.uk or phone customer services on 01382 773600 if you wish to return so that we know to look out for it. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of postage (or courier) for returning items.

  4. Prices

    All prices listed include VAT.

    Relief from VAT

    To qualify from such relief a person must be chronically sick or disabled as defined under the current VAT legislation. The chronically sick or disabled person, or a third party on their behalf, must satisfactorily complete the VAT declaration (please see our under form section).

  5. Payment

    Payment by credit or debit card is required to complete online orders, and payment must be made before the goods can be dispatched to you.

    We accept other payment methods for offline orders.

  6. Copyright

    All content and intellectual property on our website is copyrighted and may not be used, reproduced, or altered without written consent.

    We make no claim, warranty, or representation in respect of any trade marks or branding of products featured on our website.

  7. Termination/Breach

    We may terminate this agreement, and cancel or suspend your access to our website if you breach these terms and conditions, or on any other reasonable grounds. If we do, we will tell you in writing, but this will not affect any other rights we may have.

  8. Enforcement/Jurisdiction

    If anything in these terms and conditions is disputed, contested, or held to be unenforceable, the disputed part will be constructed to reflect the reasonable intentions of buyer and seller. The remaining parts will remain unaffected.

  9. Your Statutory Rights

    Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returns

If you order an item that isn't quite what you wanted then we'll happily take most products back (within 14 days from date of receipt) as long as it is unused, as new condition and in its original packaging.

For some items, such as made-to-order, special ordered items or personal use/hygiene products (such as - but not exclusive to - toilet sears, straws, bottom wipers, cups, cutlery etc) unfortunately we are unable to take the products back.

On most items where returns are accepted, please ensure that the product is returned within 14 days of receipt. Rights to Cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Goods must be unused ,as new condition and in its original packaging.

The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. In the case of multiple goods ordered on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires possession of the last good.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement ( e.g a letter sent by post, fax: 01382 774864 or email: sales@allardyce.co.uk).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss of value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without due delay, and not later than –

a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you the goods we supplied, or

b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or

c) If there were no goods supplied,14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the contract.

We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired . You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

If the goods by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post we can arrange to collect them and a charge for collection will apply.

You are liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. (goods must be returned unused)
