Community Bed Overlay

This patented & NHS clinically approved product is rapidly becoming the preferred purchase by private individuals throughout the Community because this is the softest, easy to use and cost-effective way to treat patients susceptible to pressure sores allowing the patient a peaceful nights sleep ANYWHERE. Because of its size, it can be transported conveniently in any travelling case allowing the user complete freedom from the traditional products available. It offers 24-hour protection from bed to (foam based) chair using the same Treat-Eezi pad.

The thousands of polyester fibres in the multiple layers of the Treat-Eezi pad combine to conform to the natural body contours in both supine and seated positions thereby offering pressure relief well below that of normal capillary blood flow hence skin breakdown and shearing, plus friction is simply diminished.

Description

The new, simple and cost-effective way to prevent pressure sores offering 24-hour protection from bed to chair using the same Patented Treat-Eezi pad. The thousands of polyester fibres in each layer of the Treat-Eezi pad combine to conform to the natural body contours in both supine and seated positions thereby offering pressure relief well below that of normal capillary blood flow hence skin breakdown and shearing, plus friction is simply diminished. Furthermore, air permeability tests conclude that an average of 170 cubic centimeters of air can flow through every square centimetre of surface area proving this simple product is highly effective in keeping the user cool thus the findings by Dr. Steve Young in the Clinical report (downloadable on this page) stating all patients noted they were much cooler and slept better on a Treat Eezi over and above a product which uses pumped air.

NEW. Now available with an easy clean vapour permeable cover, ideal for incontinent patients or multi-use (Nursing Home/Acute environment). Not necessary for single use.
