Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept the goods back for refund or exchange, subject to the following provisions.

  • You must contact us within seven days of receiving the goods, and obtain a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). Please do not attempt to return goods to us without first contacting us and obtaining your RAN.

  • Your RAN must be clearly quoted on the outside of the package being returned, and on any correspondence enclosed with the returned goods.

  • Unless the goods are damaged, faulty, or not as described, you must bear the cost of returning the goods to us.

  • In the case of continence care products, returns will only be accepted if the goods are returned in their unopened original packaging.

  • All other goods must be returned in unused condition, and in original undamaged packaging. Goods of a personal nature that have been used or worn, and other hygiene-sensitive items will not be accepted.

  • We may make a handling charge if goods are not returned in accordance with these new provisions.

Items made to order (such as lift & rise chairs) are excluded.

Your statutory rights are unaffected.
